This information may be needed, if known:

• What is the end goal of your project?
• What is your understanding of the scope of work?
• When does it need to be completed?
• Where is it located & how accessible is it?
• Has it been surveyed before? When & by whom?
• What is the address or tax ID number?
• For ALTA surveys, which "Table A" items are needed?
• For water rights, what is your water right number?

Because we're a small business with little overhead cost, we tend to charge less than many of our competitors.

We also charge more than some, because we don't cut corners on quality.
